Easy 30 Day Returns
If you have a change of mind within 30 days after you received your order you can return the product to us for a full refund or store credit.
Returned products must be in new & unused condition with their original packaging.
Step 1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your reason for return + a list of the items you will be returning
Step 2. Post your items back to us in their original packaging to
PO Box 21. Sanctuary Point NSW 2540. Australia
Step 3. Once we receive the items and have inspected them we will issue you a refund or store credit within 48hours (Mon - Fri) - should we be happy these items are in a 'new condition'. This refund or store credit will return to the original payment method from which you paid for your order.
Step 4. Allow up to 14 days to receive your refund or store credit (depending on your payment method and bank).
Please be aware that in order for a refund or store credit to be issued - both the product and any product packaging must be in perfect condition. This means no marks, rips, bending to the packaging or product.
Please carefully pack the item into a box and include sufficient padding around the item and any packaging.
Please do not squash the product packaging or product into a box or bag that is too small and will damage the item.
If the item has been poorly packed and arrives with damage (even if this is a squashing or any rips or other damage to the packaging itself). A refund or store credit will not be issued as we cannot sell damaged products or products with damaged packaging.
If the item does not arrive in perfect/unused/new condition you will have the choice to pay for postage for the item to be returned to you. We will not endeavour any return postage costs for damaged products or damaged packaging.
Otherwise, once we have received the item in perfect condition (including product packaging) we will issue you a refund or store credit.
Any sealed packages including sealed Dovo razors that have had the seal broken cannot be returned for change of mind.
Return Postage and your original shipping cost (if any) is not refunded for change of mind.
In the unusual case that there is a manufacturing issue or fault with your product. Please email us at email@example.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will advise you on the next steps. We will endeavour to replace the item at no cost to you. If this is not possible for some reason (limited edition products or re-stocking issues) a full refund will be given. If we require you to post us back the defective product - we will email you a return shipping label. The shipping will be at no cost to you.
