Your items are usually dispatched within 1 day (Mon-Fri). All the items on our store are in stock in our warehouse and will ship from Australia. Very rarely, if for some unforeseen reason we do not have the item in stock due to a stocking error we will contact you immediately to provide you your next best options. In holiday and peak shopping periods your items may take a little longer to dispatch. But know that we are always working hard to get your items out as soon as possible.

We will always endeavour to provide the safest, quickest and well packaged service. Please note Australia Post (EPS) manage and deliver your package, We cannot be held liable if you wish to have your parcel left without a signature or have provided the incorrect address.
Re-directs will incur additional postage costs.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

As grooming lovers ourselves we are deeply involved in what we do, we love the products and spend a lot of time with them. Our online stock levels should always be accurate and up to date. If by any chance we miscounted we will naturally let you know straight away and you will have the choice as to wait, change or cancel the order.

Should an item not arrive within its specified time frame please allow a few extra days as 99% of our deliveries arrive in a timely fashion.
